How do we do that?

At harvest time, we as growers have to grade our products carefully by type, quality, size and weight. Depending on the products, we do this either manually, mechanically or, in some cases, by computer.

Our products then set off for the auction, where careful inspections are conducted to ensure that they are properly graded before they are added, class by class, to the products grown by our fellow growers.

If we know in advance where a batch of fruit and vegetables is going, we pack it immediately in accordance with the customer's wishes: this saves time, money, effort and packaging material, and guarantees perfect, uniform quality.
